Fabulous food and drink are one of the highlights of the show attracting foodies from near and far. Over 100 Scottish food and drink exhibitors will attend alongside gourmet suppliers from across the UK.

There is always lots of opportunity to taste and tipple. The Scottish Food & Drink Theatre has a packed programme of top chefs and cooks revealing their secrets of success in the kitchen.

One of the main foodie highlights will be the Strength of Strathclyde pavillion in the Food Hall showcasing the high quality new food and drink companies in the area, including beef and lamb from Clyde Valley Farm Direct, free range eggs from Corrie Mains, Mauchline, Simple Simon's Pies from Coulter, beer from the Fyne Ales Brewery in Argyll, smoked salmon from Burns' Country Smokehouse and from Glasgow, the Handmade Meringue Company.
