Stac Polly - Grindlay Street

The Stac Polly Grindlay Street restaurant is situated in the centre of the city in the lee of Edinburgh Castle within walking distance of the Royal Lyceum Theatre and the The Usher Hall.

'Anta' soft tartan chairs and curtains blend well with mossy coloured carpets. Beautiful prints adorn the walls and an 'old friend' props up the bar!  

The food, like all Stac Polly restaurants, has an emphasis on fine modern Scottsh cuisine, beautifully prepared using the finest Scottish products, much of it locally produced. Menus are compiled with an exciting twist that puts the zest back into traditional interpretations of Scottish Fayre
