Stac Polly - St. Mary's Street

Established in 2007 the St. Mary's Street restaurant is located in Edinburgh's historic Old Town just off the Royal Mile.

The restaurant is smaller than its two sister restaurants but a lot more intimate and still provides private dining for up to 16 persons. It is adorned with beautiful curtains and extrordinary flower arrangements with many fine prints and pictures.

The food has an emphasis on fine modern Scottsh cuisine, beautifully prepared using the finest Scottish products, much of it locally produced. Menus are compiled with an exciting twist that puts the zest back into traditional interpretations of Scottish Fayre
